AgniCorp Media (“AgniCorp,” “we,” “us”) operates agnicorpmedia.com along with our AgniCorp Studio and State of Marketing divisions. We're based in Raipur, Jaipur, Mumbai, Dubai. This policy applies to this website and the forms on it — it doesn't cover the separate stateofmarketing.in publication, which has its own policies.
We collect information directly from you when you:
Form submissions are stored securely on our hosting infrastructure. Newsletter signups are additionally synced to Klaviyo (our email platform) and to an internal spreadsheet our team uses for tracking — both are for our own operational use, not shared externally. Contact-form details are sent to our team via WhatsApp (operated by Meta) when you complete the handoff step.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their platforms.
We keep enquiry and newsletter records for as long as they're useful for following up with you or as long as you stay subscribed — whichever applies. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@agnicorpmedia.com and we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
We operate out of India and the UAE. Some of the third-party services above (Klaviyo, Google, Meta) may process or store data in other countries as part of their own infrastructure.
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
